    We are currently seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast growing team!

     

    **STRONG OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT**

     

    The schedule is Monday through-Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from  8am-4pm. You will have two days off during the week.Training lasts two weeks.

     

    ***Pay: $12.50/Hour + Daily Bonuses + Pay differential for weekend shift + $500 SIGN ON BONUS***​

     

    The Customer Service Representative will provide effective and outstanding customer service to all customers, answer inbound calls from prospective customers to prepare and present quotes and recommendations based on customers’ needs, effectively communicate with prospective customers to explain and sell Glass America products and services, appropriately respond to inquiries and questions, use available resources to provide accurate information about our products and our competitive prices, turn objections into sales, and use strong sales techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving auto glass products and services

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attendance
    • Prior Auto Glass experience is a Plus!
    • Strong computer software experiences (Excel, Gmail, Windows)
    • Strong phone experience/etiquete
