    We are seeking a Custmer Service Representative to join our Merrillville, IN team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

     

    Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with rotational Saturdays

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving auto glass products and services

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attendance
    • Prior Auto Glass experience is a Plus!
    • Strong computer software experiences (Excel, Gmail, Windows)
    • Strong phone experience/etiquete
