We are currently looking for Part Time Customer Service Representatives to join our fast growing team!

Responsibilities

Our customer service representatives are talented, trained, and knowledgeable members of our team because they help us meet our customers’ needs and demands by providing outstanding customer service within our state of the art contact center based in Schaumburg. Our needs for customer service representatives are significantly greater on evenings, weekends, and winter months. Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends and holidays).

 

As a member of our team your will be responsible for the following:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Provide customers with service information.
  • Provide customers with a pleasant claim iniciation process.
  • Document all call information.
  • Employees will be responsible for making follow-up calls.
