Gerber National Claim Services is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to join our fast growing team!

Responsibilities

Please note: Must be able to work a Second Shift (1:00pm- 9:30pm), this shift does require to work one weekend day with one day off during the week.

 

*BI LINGUAL IS A PLUS!*

 

Principle functions/Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Provide customers with service information.
  • Provide customers with a pleasant claim iniciation process.
  • Document all call information.
  • Employees will be responsible for making follow-up calls.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:

  • Proficient at operating general office equipment.
  • Pleasant telephone voice; professional.
  • Microsoft Windows experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively function in a team setting.
  • Able to use independent judgement in fulfilling duties.
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; able to speak English fluently (speak clearly and concisely).
  • Able to sit for long periods of time and use/read computer keyboard and screen.
  • Cheerful, helpful attitude.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
