We are currently seeking a Full-time Customer Sales Associate to join our fast growing team!

 

**STRONG OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT**  **STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT**

 

The work schedule is Monday through-Friday from 11am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am-3:30pm. You will have two days off during the week.

 

Training lasts two weeks and it is mandatory that new hires attend each day of training. Training will be held Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Successful completion of classroom training will be required.

 Pay: $11.50/hr, plus commission!

 

The Customer Sales Associate will provide effective and outstanding customer service to all customers, answer inbound calls from prospective customers to prepare and present quotes and recommendations based on customers’ needs, effectively communicate with prospective customers to explain and sell Glass America products and services, appropriately respond to inquiries and questions, use available resources to provide accurate information about our products and our competitive prices, turn objections into sales, and use strong sales techniques to close each sale .

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide customers with auto glass producst and service information.
  • Provide customers with estimates, make ales, and process orders.
  • Document all call and sale information.
  • Make follow-up sales calls on all estimates that have been written and not sold.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience using a PC with various software packages.
  • Call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening).

  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues).
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and use/read computer keyboard and monitor.
