Glass America is a nationwide retail auto glass repair and replacement company. We are the fastest growing automotive glass replacement service organization and the second largest aftermarket glass company.

  

We are currently seeking for a Full-time Customer Sales Associate to join our fast growing team!

**STRONG OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT**  **STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT**

Responsibilities

Provide effective and outstanding customer service to all customers, answer all inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers, effectively communicate with prospective customers to sell and explain our products and services, Prepare and present quote and recommendation based off the customers needs, answers inquiries and questions, use resources given to provide accurate information about our products and our competitive prices, able to turn objections in to a sale, strong closing sales techniques.

 

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Provide customers with auto glass product and service information.
  • Provide customers with an estimate and process orders.
  • Document all call information.
  • Employees will be responsible for making follow-up sales calls on all estimates that have been written and not sold.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Call center or customer service environment is preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proficient at operating general office equipment.
  • Pleasant telephone voice; professional.
  • Microsoft Windows experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively function in a team setting.
  • Able to use independent judgement in fulfilling duties.
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; able to speak English fluently (speak clearly and concisely).
  • Able to sit for long periods of time and use/read computer keyboard and screen.
  • Cheerful, helpful attitude.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
